Warehouse Specialist

Overhead Door Company of South Florida, located in Miami, a division of DuraServ, is hiring for a Warehouse Specialist to work in our service department. This exciting position is responsible for ordering parts and maintaining stock inventory for the service department.

Responsibilities

Upholding high levels of customer service

Order & track parts for follow-up work/Stock Parts/supplies

Track and maintain accountability of stock inventory

Stage materials for jobs in warehouse

Accountable for warehouse organization

Receive all deliveries

Handle warranty claims with vendors

Coordinate rental equipment for service and installations

Back up to service department for phones

Issuing purchase orders and entering them into accounting system

Assist with billing and service call entry

Deliver parts to job sites, as needed

Job requirements

Good customer service skills

Experience in ordering parts and managing inventory

The ability to lift 50 lbs

Fork lift certified

High level of organization

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities

Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
